Teresa Estrada– NTAFE Membership Chair
Teresa is the Director of Business Development for AHI Facility Services. Her passion is Customer Service, always has been, always will be. We don’t have jobs unless our customers our satisfied. She believes in being part of a team, and working together for successful results.

Don Hardin – NTAFE Board Member
“Mr. Hardin has 50 years experience in the HVAC industry which include25 years with a national controls company in sales and as branch manager, 10 years with a local design-build contractor in charge of the controls department and 15 with local manufacturer reps and an independent controls contractor. He has been active in ASHRAE, going through the chairs in the Fort Worth Chapter, serving as Regional Vice Chair for Student Activities and serving on the nominating and program committees at the Society level. He is now retired but active in several technical societies.”

Madeline Nissen – New Board Member
Madeline Nissen works for TMI Coatings, Inc. She has worked at TMI since the Dallas Branch opened in 2014. Madeline manages projects that TMI crews are working on, and advises facility owners on the best coating system for their infrastructure. On a daily basis that looks like climbing silos, crawling into tanks, and otherwise getting her hands dirty on job sites—which is why she loves her job!

Wilton Jordan – New Board Member
Wilton is with Polk Mechanical Company. He has 23 years of experience in the HVAC and environmental air abatement and quality control industry.
